It's okay to not be okay.

Hey guys, I've realized that there are lots of time where people try to stay strong by not showing how they feel, hiding their emotions from people, so that people wouldn't think that their weak.
Well, I'm that type of emotional person, who would cry to every emotional stuff, watching drama, being touched by every single little thing, got angry to the point that i would burst into tears.
I don't really know what people think of me, when that happens to me, I know it could be tiring for people around me, but for me, expressing my own emotions is better than holding them in, having the courage to ask for help seems to be a better choice for me, being alone, fighting with those overwhelming emotions hasn't been my forte. It's okay to not be okay once in awhile. No one is perfect. There are times when we need help ( or i shall call it emotional support) from our friends. There are times where we need to release those emotions that are bottled up. Relieving those emotions doesn't mean quarreling or fighting, none of those.
Regardless of your sex (Male or Female), there would be times where you couldn't handle your own emotions. It's really okay to cry it all out, ask for help. I think that it's so much courageous to be able to ask for help instead of having that fear that people would judge. It's okay :) Even when other people say people that cries are weak. Because everyone has their weak points.
